Church Spaces
The baptismal chapel is structurally the equivalent of the sacristy, except that it is located to the right of the altar when you look at it.
Before baptism services, the pastor and those being baptized and their relatives gather here before the service: the persons (usually babies) who are baptized and their parents, godparents or loved ones. Final arrangements can be made here, everyone can collect themselves or say a prayer.
